Do you do custom size prints?
Yes!
We offer custom size prints. If you would like an image in a larger size or for it to be cropped, please send me an email genesi.contact@gmail.com
Do framed prints come with glass?
Framed prints size Small - Large come with glass. XL framed prints come with plexiglass for shipping purposes as it is shatterproof and visually identical to glass.
If you would like your framed print to come with non-reflective glass for an additional cost, please get in touch at genesi.contact@gmail.com
Do you ship internationally?
Rolled prints are available internationally, at request. Please get in touch via email genesi.contact@gmail.com if you would like to purchase a print to be shipped internationally.
Do Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, gift cards expire after 2 years. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
